Device Repair/Support Request Form

If you need assistance in repairing a device please click here to complete this form. Please fill out the form and follow the directions for device drop-off and pickup. If your repair is longer then 30 minutes, you will receive a loaner device if available. You can email for device status updates.

Wifi Support: 


During this time of a state of emergency, the Altice / Optimum Company has opened their wireless network to the Edison Community for free.  See an optimumwifi-emergency SSID as an available wireless network.

  • Go to you Wireless Network Icon 
  • Search on optimumwifi-emergency SSID
  • Once you see optimumwifi-emergency - click on the SSID 
  • You will automatically connect & authentic to the network 
  • You now have Internet access

Technical Support Request Form

The best way to get general technical help from the Online Learning Help Desk is to e-mail the Online Learning Help Desk at Help Desk e-mail is monitored throughout the workday. A Help Desk staff member will contact you within 4 hours during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Staff Walk-In Assistance

Online Learning Help Desk staff is available during normal business hours via a scheduled appointment, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will be scheduled via email through our Online Learning Help Desk at

Off Hours - Make an Appointment

If normal business hours do not fit into your schedule or you need additional help beyond walk-in assistance, contact the Online Learning Help Desk at  to set up an appointment with a member of the Help Desk staff or schedule a remote troubleshooting session.
