Maker Space

James Monroe students participating in the Makerspace Club will show off their skills by creating functional products and processes. Each week, students will experience the engineering design process where they will identify a problem, gather materials, design a plan to solve the problem, make their plan come to life, test out their plan, and make the plan better as needed.  Working through this cycle will help our members learn more about Science, Math, and Engineering. Participants will also have the opportunity to create designs on Tinkercad and use our 3D printers to manufacture real life models.
