Mrs. Cynthia Tufaro

Mrs. Tufaro is a familiar face to the James Monroe community. She served as the school's Reading Specialist and Curriculum Resource Teacher from 2004-12. Prior to joining the James Monroe staff, Mrs. Tufaro taught first, second and fourth grades at other Edison Township schools. She subsequently became an Elementary Supervisor for the district and spent two years as Lindeneau School's principal. Mrs. Tufaro's daughter attended James Monroe for six years, giving her strong connections to the school as both an educator and a parent. She is thrilled to return to James Monroe as your principal since 2018 and truly feels, "There is no place like home!"
